Why did you choose Dalton State? Since I grew up in Dalton, I always wanted to graduate from Dalton State.
What do you plan to do after graduation? I plan to pursue a career as an actuary.
What activities are you involved in on campus? I am a member of the Veterans Association.
Where is your favorite study spot? My favorite study spot is my office at home.
Where is your favorite hangout? My favorite hangout is the Veterans Resource room.
What is your best memory so far as part of the Roadrunner Nation? My best memory so far as part of the Roadrunner Nation would have to be building new friendships with so many wonderful people, professors, and fellow students.
What is the last book you read? The last book that I read was “Once an Eagle” by Anton Myer.
What’s on your iPad? I don’t have an iPad.
Favorite comfort food? Grilling something is always my favorite comfort food.
Favorite line from a movie? Darth Vader, A New Hope: “I’ve been waiting for you, Obi-Wan. We meet again, at last. The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner; now I am the master.”
What do you feel most proud of? I feel the most proud of the 20 years of military service that I gave to our country.
What cheers you up? Music cheers me up.
What is your favorite book? “The Canterbury Tales” by Geoffrey Chaucer
Who would play you in the movie version of your life? I would have to say Kevin Spacey.
What is your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory is spending time with my grandparents.
Where is your favorite place to eat? My favorite place to eat is wherever my wife and I decide to have our date night.
As a Roadrunner, what does it mean to “Run Boldly?” I am part of the Roadrunner Nation to make a new career for myself. So, “Run Boldly” means that I accept this new challenge in my life and look forward to the adventure that is set before me.
