Name: Shazman Ali
Age: 20
Hometown: Dalton
High school: Dalton High
Major: Biology, chemistry minor
Expected graduation date: December 2016
Why did you choose Dalton State? I chose Dalton State because of the small class sizes and the interaction you have with the professors. I was a transient student from UGA last summer and took Chemistry 1 and 2 and Biology 1108. I was surprised at how nice the labs were here and how the actual professors from class were there in lab which really aided in learning. The great experience I had last summer convinced me to transfer.
