The DSC Bookstore is a Full-Service Bookstore operated by Textbook Brokers. The DSC Bookstore offers textbook sales, rentals, eBooks, buybacks, and works directly with faculty to make sure the correct course materials are available for students in-store and online. Students are served in-store with Concierge Counter Service—DSC Bookstore staff quickly gather required course materials for students behind the service counter. Students also experience the same high level of service online. Students can live chat with a real DSC Bookstore employee online during business hours. The DSC Bookstore offers Free In-store Pickup on all orders and Free Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) on orders over $25. The DSC Bookstore stocks logo'd apparel, gifts, accessories, school supplies, computers, technology accessories, snacks, drinks, and more.

SELL COURSE MATERIALS AND MORE

The DSC Bookstore purchases all types of course materials: books (hardback, paperback, loose-leaf/binder, novels, trade, etc.), calculators, clickers, and more in order to keep prices low each semester. Please bring in your course materials, and the DSC Bookstore will let you know if your course materials can be purchased.

NO-RISK RENTALS

The DSC Bookstore rents books, calculators, clickers, and more at the same prices seen on Amazon and Chegg. Try before you buy! You can apply the rental price you paid to the purchase price to keep your rental.

FINANCIAL AID PERIOD

If you have excess financial aid (aid left over after tuition and fees are paid), you can use this in-store during the week before classes begin and the first week of classes. If you’re shopping in-store, you must have your Roadrunner Student ID Card to make purchases with financial aid. You can also shop online at DSCBookstore.com by entering your Roadrunner Student ID Card #.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The DSC Bookstore, located on the upper level of the Pope Student Center, stocks all required textbooks and other course materials, general student supplies, college gear, convenience items, and snacks. 

The DSC Bookstore strives to work with faculty to provide the best course materials options for students. Please contact the DSC Bookstore directly to discuss specialty book orders or digital options for course materials. 

The DSC Bookstore operates Monday through Friday and extends store hours during the first two weeks of each academic term. Please visit DSCBookstore.com to view store hours and purchase course materials, Dalton State gear, and more.

State regulations require that all sales of merchandise on campus, including textbooks and other course materials and supplies, be conducted through the DSC Bookstore or another unit of the Office of Fiscal Affairs. The DSC Bookstore provides "buy back" services for unwanted used textbooks Monday through Friday during normal store hours. No other "buy back" operations are authorized on campus. If you are approached by an unauthorized used book buyer on campus, please contact Public Safety (Ext. 4461).
