Why did you choose Dalton State: Dalton State is an affordable school, and it’s close to home.
What does it mean to you to be part of the Roadrunner Nation? It means to do your absolute best in whatever you set your hand to do academically. It means going the extra mile with your professors, classmates and friends, and homework.
What do you plan to do after graduation? I plan to work in a history museum as a tour guide or work for the government.
What activities are you involved in on campus? I am involved in Campus Outreach, BCM, and Dalton State College Republicans.
What are some of your biggest achievements or accomplishments at Dalton State? It was an honor interning at the Bandy Center last summer. I truly learned how to be a better historian and student during that time. Also, I’m very thankful to ALL of my professors for their patience and provision. I have maintained a 3.5 GPA and have been on the Dean’s List three times.
Where is your favorite study spot? The library
What is your best memory so far as part of Roadrunner Nation? My best memory being part of the Roadrunner Nation was being able to attend the 2018 Homecoming basketball game and the bash later that night.
Favorite comfort food? Pizza
If you had a theme song, what would it be? The “NCIS” theme song
If you won the lottery, what would you do? If I won the lottery, I would give the money to my friends, family, and give it to charities.
What is a skill you’d like to learn and why? Believe it or not, I don’t know how to whistle. I would love to learn how to whistle and keep in tune with the songs I love.

What is your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory was getting my black belt in karate.

As a Roadrunner, what does it mean to Run Boldly? Running Boldly means to be myself and not care about the opinions of others or what they say or think. Running Boldly means to embrace what God has given me. I was born with cerebral palsy, a neuroglia and muscular disability. I want to be able use my weakness to serve and be a light to others in a dark world.
