Why did you choose Dalton State? I chose Dalton State because it was far enough from home to “get away,” yet close enough to have visitors. And besides, I was tired of living in the city.
What do you plan to do after graduation? I would really love to teach kindergarten.
What activities are you involved in on campus? Over the summer, I was a part of the Orientation Team. Now that school is in, I am working in the Game Room and volunteering with CAB.
What are some of your favorite activities in and around Dalton? I love working with the Student Life staff. I try my best to lend a helping hand whenever or wherever I can.

Where is your favorite hangout? Anywhere but home
What is your best memory so far as part of the Roadrunner Nation? Being involved with Student Life.
What is the last book you read? “Choosing the Right Man” by Violet Duke
Favorite comfort food? Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies
Favorite line from a movie? “You came into my house? You touched my child? You think you’re crazy? Oh I’ll show you crazy!” Beyoncé in Obsessed
What is your guilty pleasure? Eating ice cream when people tell me I can’t have it.
What do you feel most proud of? I am most proud of the person that I am becoming.
If you won the lottery, what would you do? I would pay my mother’s house off and take my grandma somewhere really nice.
What cheers you up? Seeing my little cousins, Ethan and Addison.
Who would play you in the movie version of your life? Probably Taraji P. Henson. I love her sass.
If you could go back in history, who would you like to meet? Corretta Scott King and Maya Angelou
What is your favorite app? Twitter
Where is your favorite place to eat? My mother’s kitchen.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? I changed my mind every day.
What does it mean to you to be part of the Roadrunner Nation? Being a part of Roadrunner Nation means the world to me! It has given me the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people. I never would’ve imagined that I’d be doing half of the stuff that I’m involved in today. I have grown so much over the last year, and I have Dalton State to thank for that.
