The RN-BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) gives you a wide range of career options in the nursing field and with this credential, you will have the ability to specialize in a specific area of nursing and pursue leadership and management roles. As an RN with a BSN you can work as an educator, supervisor, and may facilitate instruction for nursing assistant and LPN programs. BSN nurses often work within hospital settings as educators in charge of training and instructing staff members in continuing education seminars. This online degree is a direct step toward advanced practice within the nursing profession, and provides foundations for quality improvement/research, nursing informatics and health care policy.

To be eligible to participate in this program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an ASN or diploma program with the past four (4) years, or graduation from an ASN program or diploma program more than four (4) years ago with documentation of 1,000 hours of practice within the last three years.
