Rental Fees and Catering Services

Room rental fees include the room as is with the exception of Eddie Miller Room and Brown 105 in which a choice of setup configurations is available. Custodial services, parking, and the use of A/V equipment aided by an event technical assistant if needed are also included.

Under the direction of Melissa Krell, Aladdin is the approved and required provider for all catering needs for on-campus events.  Catering reservations may be made and pricing obtained by contacting Aladdin directly at 706-272-4441 or by email to [email protected].

The submission of a Food Safety Form is required for any event at which food or drink will be served.
